We and the Validation Institute are pleased to be integral to the two most powerful guarantees ever offered in employee health services.
The Validation Institute’s Credibility Guarantee
There are plenty of organizations -- consultants, actuaries, "award" organizations -- that do validations. You can just pay them to validate whatever you put in front of them. No promise of accuracy, let alone a guarantee to employers relying on the claim, is ever made.
This is not that situation.
The Validation Institute is offering customers of its validated vendors, of which we are naturally one, a $25,000 “Credibility Guarantee” that their validation is accurate. Being covered by their Credibility Guarantee is as easy as adding this language to our contract with you:
If Customer feels that Contractor did not achieve what its validation language says it achieves, Customer may submit a claim up to $25,000 to the Validation Institute (VI). VI will review the claim and either pay it, offer a smaller payout, or request a binding, final finding by an arbitrator assigned by the American Arbitration Association.
If you are a prospective customer, you can add this language from the get-go. If you’re an existing customer, you can add it to your renewal right now. Regardless of how far off into the future your renewal is, we’ll also add the guarantee for the remainder of your existing contract.
But despite the dramatic statement made by this guarantee, Quizzify customers don’t need it. (They can still have it, of course.) Why? Because Quizzify is killin’ it with our own guarantee.
Quizzify’s Guarantee: we will be twice as engaging as your average benefit
Quizzify is the most engaging vendor, period. A bold statement, perhaps, but one that can easily be proven. Don’t take our word for it. See for yourself: what other vendor gets paid to demo its product in front of live (and now remote) audiences?
You can see it with your own eyes, but with our guarantee (on top of the Validation Institute guarantee on our behalf), there is no need to believe your own eyes. You can run your own data using the Validation Institute's free Benefits Engagement Survey Tool.
It asks employees 3 simple multiple-choice questions for each of the programs you want to meaure:
"How often did you access it?"
"Did you find it useful?"
"Does offering it improve our corporate culture?"
Then, as in this example below from Gilbert, Arizona, you multiply #1 and #2 to get an engagement score for the vertical axis. The score on #3 determines the size of the bubble. The bottom axis is the cost. In the immortal words of the great philosopher Yogi Berra, you can observe a lot just by watching, so it's quite easy to see that in this example, Quizzify is the most cost-effective vendor, providing great engagement at a low cost.
Quizzify guarantees that, per dollar spent, we will be twice as engaging as the rest of your programs combined. This slide averages the rest of their programs. You can see that Quizzify is roughly four times as engaging, while cost roughly half as much. Hence, per dollar spent, we are eight times as engaging as a typical program. You can see why it's easy for us to guarantee two times.
What if we miss and have to make good? This two-minute video shows that two minutes is also about as long as it will take you to tell us how much we owe you back if we miss. Unlike most guarantees in this field, there is, in the immortal words of basically every single infomercial from the 1990s, no muss, no fuss. You write into the video's spreadsheet how much we need to refund you in order to hit our 2x guarantee...and we write you a check.
If engagement isn't an issue for you, groups over 1000 can substitute our cost savings guarantee: we will reduce the number of cavities needlessly drilled, surprise bills for non-electives, inappropriate CT scans, and superfluous medical care by that very same 2x multiple of our fees.
In the case of each and every one of those cost savings, your employees will love you for it!
