Vendor Scavenger Hunt
We will swap a table for our Vendor Scavenger Hunt quiz. Here are three sample questions from a previous one we did. The high scorers win a prize package that the exhibitors who want to play contribute to.
This accomplishes four things, all at no cost to you. You don't even have to validate our parking. Here they are:
People are more likely to visit the exhibitors.
The visitors to the booths are more likely to engage in conversations and must learn something about the vendor in order to play the game.
People are more likely to stay to the end of the day, because that's when the winners are announced.
You can actually get more exhibitors because you can tell them that you have a proven way of generating booth traffic that also generates conversations, rather than the ineffective can-you-stamp-my-card cliche.

Instead, this year we are creating a "Vendor Trivia Contest and Scavenger Hunt" both to educate attendees about your offerings and also to encourage them to visit your booths to learn more. Here are three sample questions. Note they are informative, and the self-promotion takes place within the context of offering that information.
